One of the key responsibilities is managing your training programs.
Each training program in FlightLogger comes with a master exercise list that is utilized throughout revisions within the same program. To oversee the master exercise lists, it is essential to designate a user as a Master Exercise List Admin, a process that can be completed by going to Administration - Account settings - Designated User Roles - MAster exercise list admin(s)

After structuring your master exercise list in the program, you can proceed to set up your revision. Changes in revisions are classified into two categories: Major revision changes and Minor revision changes.
- Major change on a revision: To ensure compliance, FlightLogger restricts major changes if students are already enrolled in the program. If training has commenced on the revision, a new revision must be created with the necessary adjustments. If students have not yet started, simply remove them from the program, make the required changes, and then re-add them.
- Minor change on a revision: Minor changes can be made at any time and include simpler adjustments such as syllabus hours, names, headings, and briefings.

How to set up your training programs
Please note that there have been enhancements since the recording of the video, which you will experience during your training sessions.
Initially, we will upload all your training programs, but moving forward, you will have the autonomy to manage them yourself. Feel free to use your existing programs as templates.
How to set up your aircraft

Moving forward, you can easily create and manage them yourself, including deactivating any aircraft you sell or are retired. Once created in FlightLogger, aircraft cannot be deleted and will remain on your account indefinitely.

Begin by creating a comprehensive list of certificates and then assigning them to the appropriate users. These certificates can be tailored for specific user groups, training programs, and individual users.
How to set up your maintenance requirements
Customize your maintenance requirements based on what you specifically need to track on your aircraft. Generally, there are three ways to set it up:
- Easy: Utilize a single requirement named "next service," typically for customers without in-house maintenance.
- Medium: Track general requirements such as the 50-hour service and 100-hour service.
- In-house maintenance: Monitor all maintenance needs including prop service, fuselage checks, landing gear cycles, first aid kit inspections, fire extinguisher checks, 50-hour, 100-hour, 200-hour, A-B-C services, and more.
How to create your document library
Your subscription includes unlimited storage space to conveniently organize all your documents in one place. This feature allows you to store all the necessary documents for running your company efficiently.
You can also utilize this feature for your theoretical courses, such as ATPL theory, by creating folders for each subject. This makes it convenient for your instructors to access all the materials needed for their classes.
Utilize the sharing function to ensure that only relevant users have access to specific folders. For example, only instructors can view instructor notes, only admins can access management folders, and only ATPL students can see the ATPL theory folder, and so on.

Our SMS aligns with the EASA risk assessment matrix and, most importantly, promotes a culture of reporting, making it simpler for students, instructors, crew, and renters to report any safety-related issues. The SMS module is also valuable for managing audit findings.
